Q. Do you have catalogues?
A. Sampan Traders choose not to print expensive catalogues, as we would rather pass the cost savings onto our customers in the form of lower prices.
Q. Can you send me a manufacturer's brochure?
A. Our collection is carefully selected from suppliers throughout Asia. They are mostly rural based craftspeople and generally do not produce brochures or other marketing materials.

Q. How can I place an order?
A. You can place an order either by calling us on 01483 760916 or emailing us on order@sampantraders.co.uk.
Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept payment by Paypal, personal bank or building society cheques made payable to Sampan Traders, bankers drafts, telegraphic transfers and CHAPS or BACS payments. Please allow 5 working days for clearance of bank or building society cheques.
Q. Do prices include VAT?
A. All prices quoted on this website include VAT at 17.5%.
Delivery
Q. When can I expect my order?
A. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery although it would usually be much faster. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any delays caused by items being out of stock at the time of order.
